      This is my wife's favorite coffee. To truly enjoy it and get the most out of it, an aeropress or french press is the best method to extract the maximum flavor.

      I make my coffee rather strong, in a French press. I don't like coffee that's too acid or too bitter or too roasted. Also, I usually don't drink decaf, but partner-in-life wanted some to have caffeine-free but richly flavorful coffee in the afternoon or evening. So I went looking, and decided to try this one, based on the description.

      Verdict: It's excellent. Even as strong as I make it, it has a lovely mellow chocolate-like body, with a lovely aroma that just prepares you for the pleasure of that first sip. And I find myself finishing the cup (actually a big mug), and wishing there was just a bit more left.

      I can easily recommend it if you're looking for a nice decaf and your preferences align with well-rounded rather than strongly edgy. But I also recommend making it strong, you might be pleasantly surprised.
